Teaching professionals participated voluntarily and anonymously filling out a pencil-and-paper some questionnaires.

The dataset is distributed in two files in .csv format. The current document provides information on Study 1 on:
   -Random number assigned to the participant
   -Sociodemographic variables: Age, Gender, job tenure, occupational sector, and exhaustion
   -Participants' response to each item in each questionnaire

Variable name: Spanish version of the Core Self-Evaluation Scale
 	Description: Spanish version of the Satisfaction with Life Scale (Beléndez et al., 2018)  
	Units of measure or value labels: 5-point Likert ranging from 1 to 5. Each value in the range is specified in the database.

Value labels: Total_EI, SEA, OEA, UOE, ROE 
Variable name: Overall Score and Dimensions of the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale
	Description: Spanish version of Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (Extremera et al., 2019). 
Units of measure or value labels: 7-point Likert scale ranging from 1 to 7. Each value in the range is specified in the database.
