METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

1. Description of the methods for collection/generation of data: 

- Data were collected through an online questionnaire implemented during the 2022/2024, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years, at the Degree in Primary Education Teaching. Data collection followed the guidelines on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (Organic Law 3/2018) and the Ethics Committee of the University of Málaga (CEUMA) (reference no. 130—2022-H) 

2. Data processing methods
- Anonimization and codification of participants
- Codification of  Likert-type questions in a 1-5 scale (applicable to STEMattitudes dataset items)
- Codification of multiple-response questions (0 for non-selected options and 1 for selected ones, to chose among 9 options -interest, concentration, boredom, rejection, insecurity, confidence, satisfaction, shame and insatisfaction-) (applicable to STEMemotions dataset items)

3. Software or instruments needed to interpret the data:
- R-based free software, JAMOVI (version 2.3.21) The Jamovi project (2022) (https://www.jamovi.org)
