METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION 
1. Description of the methods for collection/generation of data: 
Potential participants were identified and contacted by staff of the different care providers, and those who agreed to take part were sent an email with a link to the questionnaires. All participants signed an informed consent form specifying that the information collected was anonymous and confidential and would be used for research purposes only.
