Abstract
In the juridical sphere the figure of the attorney of the number, in general, representative deprived of the citizens, reaches an unusual development before the increasing and complex judicial practice and the scanty preparation of good part of the population, practically illiterate, with exception of an educated minority. The need of money of an treasury in perpetual deficit promotes to the Crown to managing directly the grant of the above mentioned trade. Its exit to the market will initiate a process of privatization to similarity with what already it had happened with other public charges. Malaga will be one of the cities chosen by Philip II to develop this royal prerogatives.
