By eliminating invasive plants, the following consequences are avoided: l. LOSS OF BIODIVERSITY II. INCREASE IN THE VELOCITY AND TORRENTIALLY OF THE RIVIER III. INCREASE IN TRANSPORT AND EROSION BY HEAVY BLOCKS IV. OBTURATION OF BRIDGES AND ALTERA TION OF INFRASTRUCTURES V. DESPROTECTION OF FARMING LANDS RESTORATION OF CHARACTERISTIC SPECIES VI. INCREASE IN CATASTROPHES BY FLOODS AND LANDSLIDES VII. SERIOUS PERSONAL AND MATERIAL LOSS consequently is proposed the use of biomass of invasive exotic species as biofuel in ecological restoration of watercourses
