Abstract
Aunque cada vez es más común encontrar en el Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de una obra destinada a la construcción de un parque fotovoltaico el riesgo frente a arco eléctrico o “arc flash”, actualmente es prácticamente desconocido para la mayoría de los técnicos en prevención de riesgos laborales. Es por ello, por lo que en este documento se realiza un estudio de las medidas a tomar para evitar este riesgo de origen eléctrico al que actualmente se enfrentan trabajadores sin los EPIs necesarios. Este documento muestra tanto de manera teórica como práctica el análisis y estudio de medidas de protección frente a arco eléctrico en una instalación fotovoltaica de nueva construcción. En la primera parte del documento se desarrollará teóricamente la importancia de introducir este riesgo en los planes de prevención y en la segunda parte, se analizarán los resultados obtenidos del cálculo tras simular una planta solar fotovoltaica en el software específico ETAP.
Although it is becoming increasingly common to find the risk of electric arc or "arc flash" included in the Risk Prevention Plan for a construction project dedicated to building a photovoltaic park, it is still largely unknown to most occupational risk prevention technicians. For this reason, this document conducts a study on the measures to be taken to avoid this electrical risk, which workers are currently facing without the necessary PPE. This document presents both a theoretical and practical analysis and study of protective measures against electric arc in a newly constructed photovoltaic installation. The first part of the document will theoretically develop the importance of including this risk in prevention plans, and the second part will analyze the results obtained from calculations after simulating a photovoltaic solar plant using the specific software ETAP.
