El desarrollo rural en Andalucía a través de las iniciativas LEADER y los programas PRODER

Abstract

Los programas LEADER y PRODER han sido aprobados por la Unión Europea con el objetivo de favorecer el desarrollo de las zonas rurales deprimidas a partir de sus recursos endógenos. En este trabajo se analizan las características de su aplicación en Andalucía y sus implicaciones en el desarrollo rural. A13STRACT The LEADER and PRODER programs have been approved by the European Union with thc purpose of achieving the developpment of depressed rural areas through its owns resources. With this work we show the characteristics of its application in Andalusia and the implications about the rural development.
