Diseño de mobiliario participativo para la Escuela de Ingenierías Industriales de la Universidad de Málaga

Abstract

El presente trabajo documenta el diseño y desarrollo de un elemento de mobiliario para el ocio y descanso destinado a los alumnos de la Escuela de Ingenierías Industriales. El proyecto surge de un estudio funcional y estético adaptado a las necesidades específicas de los usuarios y al cumplimiento de la normativa vigente. El proceso abarca desde la concepción del diseño y el cálculo estructural hasta la fabricación final, con el objetivo de fomentar valores de unión y colaboración dentro del entorno estudiantil. La memoria se complementa con planos técnicos y presupuestos detallados.

This project describes the design and development of a piece of furniture for leisure and recreation tailored for students at the School of Industrial Engineering. Based on a functional and aesthetic analysis of the students' needs, the design process adheres to current regulations and technical standards. The scope of the work includes the entire development cycle, from the initial concept and structural calculations to the final manufacturing within the school facilities. The final result aims to promote social interaction and community collaboration. Detailed technical plans and budget estimations are provided as supplementary material.
