Abstract

En este trabajo ofrecemos datos novedosos acerca de la historia de la personalidad jurídica de la Hermandad de Nuestra Señora del Consuelo de Antequera, basándonos en el expediente de registro estatuario de 1902 y en los cambios legislativos sobre el derecho de asociación durante el siglo XIX y principios del XX. Además, este documento es una fuente de información básica, ya que al incluir los estatutos por los que se regía en 1902, es posible analizar su funcionamiento interno, actividades y las obligaciones y los derechos de los hermanos.This article offers new information about the history of the legal status of the Nuestra Señora del Consuelo Brotherhood, based on the process of statuesque record in1902 and on the legislative changes about the right of association during the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. In addition, this document is a source of essential information, due to the inclusion of the statutes which ruled it in 1902; it is possible to analyze his internal system, activities, obligations and rights of the brothers.
