dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente trabajo es el estudio del desarrollo de esa fiesta, especialmente a partir de los decretos de 11 de marzo de 1904 y 5 de enero de 1915, momento en el que se implanta obligatoriamente a nivel municipal. Indudablemente, el motor de esta iniciativa es la preocupación, que hoy denominamos ecológica, ante la incesante desforestación de los bosques, pero, junto a esto, no hay duda que por primera vez se promueve, incluso desde el poder institucional, la educación como instrumento para fomentar valores en favor del respeto a la naturaleza.en_US
