Abstract
The present project has as its object the design, calculation, and justification of the installation of functional lighting of the roadway for vehicular circulation and the ornamental lighting of the Puente del V Centenario, located in the city of Seville, as well as the electrical installation intended to supply the two previous systems. It contemplates the renewal of the pre-existing infrastructure prior to the remodeling for the expansion of the traffic volume capacity of the bridge, incorporating LED technology and remote management systems to improve energy efficiency, road safety, control light pollution, and control the architectural aesthetics of the civil work within the regulatory framework of the Regulation on Energy Efficiency of Outdoor Lighting and the Regulation on Protection of the Night Sky of Andalusia. For this purpose, control panels, conduits, lines, and protection elements have been dimensioned following current regulations, including the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation and its Complementary Technical Instructions. It is also proposed to implement an intelligent control system based on a CASAMBI-type wireless mesh network for the management and remote control of the luminaires, which will allow monitoring consumption, detecting failures, and programming operation in a dynamic way. The generated designs guarantee the technical, functional, and regulatory feasibility of the proposed action within a budget adjusted to the specifications of the owner of the Project.
