| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se hace un profundo análisis de la situación actual de la transformación genética en olivo, de vital importancia para los programas de mejora en esta especie tan importante. Se presentan los trabajos realizados con biobalística, obtención de plantas quiméricas con raíces transgénicas mediante el uso de Agrobacteriuem rhizogenes y los grandes avances alcanzados con la transformación con Agrobacterium tumefaciens y los estudios de genómica funcional realizados. Todas estas técnicas se basan en el uso de embriones somáticos de olivo y la regeneración de plantas a partir de ellos. | es_ES |
