Yo, tú, nosotras y el tiempo en el espacio habitado.

Abstract

El curso de proyectos arquitectónicos que se presenta se desarrolla en los primeros años de aprendizaje de la arquitectura y busca un encuentro del estudiante con el espacio habitado como un ente no cuantitativo y neutro, sino altamente cualificado, y cargado de sentido, vivencia y emotividad. Para ello, se parte de explorar y hacer consciente la larga experiencia que todos registramos como habitantes, ejercientes de nuestro propio modo de vida, desde la infancia, para observarla con detenimiento, analizarla, ponerla en crisis y en valor. Este ejercicio iniciático nos permite ir construyendo el ‘yo habito’. Partimos de esta introspección para poder construir el ‘nosotros’ y finalmente vincularnos con ‘lo común’ a partir de diálogos, conflictos y aciertos. Diferentes escalas de relaciones y formas de vida que nos facilitan desarrollar una variación de destrezas proyectuales vinculadas con el habitar contemporáneo en la ciudad existente y en la que está por venir.

The architectural design course presented here, takes place in the first years of the architectural studies curriculum, and seeks to introduce the student to the inhabited space as a non-quantitative and neutral entity, but as a highly qualified one, full of meaning, experience and emotion. To do this, we start by exploring and becoming conscious of the long experience we all have as inhabitants, by exercising our own way of life from childhood, to observe it in detail, analyse it and put it in crisis, and also into value. This initiatory exercise allows us to build the 'I dwell'. We start from this introspection to be able to build the 'we' and finally link up with 'the commons' through dialogue, conflict and achievement. Different scales of relationships and ways of life that enable us to develop a variation of design skills linked to contemporary life in the existing city and in the city to come
