Modernist Queer Assemblages.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to set the basis for a potential perspective on modernism that regards it as a literary movement intrinsically related to the development of queer culture. I argue that to regard modernism through the lenses of assemblage theory is to recognize that it is an intrinsically queer movement.
