Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación es examinar si el enfoque seguido por la investigación acción resulta efectivo
en procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje vinculados al emprendimiento. Se combinan la metodología
investigación acción y las bases de la herramienta de innovación de modelos de negocios business model
navigator en una experiencia con estudiantes de creación de empresas del grado en marketing e investigación
de mercados de la Universidad de Málaga (España). Se generan seis ideas que culminan en veinte modelos
de negocio y que evolucionan a partir de la implementación de más de cincuenta patrones utilizados por
empresas reconocidas. La experiencia resulta exitosa, pues los proyectos tienen repercusión en los medios,
contribuyen a la consecución de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible, fortalecen la adquisición y mejora de
competencias ligadas al emprendimiento y derivan en altos niveles de satisfacción. Se concluye que el
enfoque seguido es una alternativa para fomentar la participación activa y el compromiso de los agentes
implicados.
The aim of this research study is to examine whether the action research approach is effective in teachinglearning processes related to entrepreneurship. The action research methodology and the bases of the business model navigator business model innovation tool are combined in an experience for business creation students from the marketing and market research degree at the University of Malaga (Spain). Six ideas are generated, culminating in twenty business models derived from the implementation of more than fifty patterns used by recognized companies. The experience is successful, as the projects have media impact, contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals, strengthen the acquisition and improvement of entrepreneurial skills, and provide high levels of satisfaction. It is concluded that the approach adopted is an alternative to promote active participation and commitment of the agents involved.
