A1 Núñez-Sánchez, José Manuel A1 Jambrino-Maldonado, Carmen A1 García Fernández, Jerónimo A1 Gómez Chacón, Ramón A2 Zhang, James K1 Promoción de la salud en el trabajo - Efectos de la COVID-19 AB Employee health is a strategic element in business management, so companies concerned about the well-being of their employees have been developing corporate wellness programmes in the workplace. This research arises out of the investigation of the Mahou San Miguel corporate well-being programme during COVID-19 and telework. Companies wishing to take care of their workers in these challenging times should adapt their corporate wellness programmes to the new situation brought about by the pandemic. Therefore, research efforts should focus into actionable insights to help organisations tackle this great challenge. The objective of this study is to provide a corporate well-being management proposal, based on a successful case study, to update corporate well-being programmes in the workplace, when this workplace is the employees’ home. A qualitative methodology approach has been employed to analyse the key features of this programme during the most difficult periods of the pandemic. The authors propose a well-being management framework, based on a successful experience, fulfilling the initial objective and offering a proven, modular and flexible model for companies to face great challenges as pandemic and telework.
