AB Studies of animal development using a 4Dmicroscopysystem generate an immenseamount of image data. In order to properlyanalyze the recorded embryogenesis, acomputer-aided systematic process of categorizationof cells from the image datashould be accomplished.We present a software tool named LTMakerfor the systematic semiautomatic identificationof embryonic cells centers and also todetermine the underlying linage tree. Theprogram saves the generated data to a fileso that further analysis of the embryo canbe performed with external tools.
