A1 Barbancho-Pérez, Ana María A1 Barbancho-Pérez, Isabel A1 Tardón-García, Lorenzo José A1 Peinado-Domínguez, Alberto K1 Ingeniería - Mujeres K1 Igualdad de género AB The enrolment of women in STEM (Science, Technology,Engineering, Mathematics) degrees and, in particular,in Telecommunication Engineering shows a decreasing trend.Among the general competences common to all the degrees taughtat the School of Telecommunication Engineering (ETSIT) ofUniversity of Malaga, there is the G-01, which is the abilityto assume and attitude of respecting the fundamental rightsand equality between men and women. In this context, a groupof professors from ETSIT has been developing, since 2018.different practical case studies to make the role of women inthe technological environment more visible, both for universitystudents and for pre-university students. This article presentsboth the strategies proposed and the conclusions and resultsobtained from them.
