RT Journal Article T1 A guided interface for web interaction. A1 Falgueras-Cano, Juan A1 Carrillo-León, Antonio Luis A1 Dianes, Daniel A1 Guevara-Plaza, Antonio K1 Aplicaciones informáticas K1 Interacción hombre-ordenador AB Many Web sites are for one use only and need to guide users through paths of decisions and dataentering. Users use to feel insecure entering data in not well-known sites and don’t mind at allbeing guided in their first try. Goals Driven User Interfaces (GDUI) are based on an interactionstyle specially conceived for this type of users (occasional users). The traditional method that stillprevails in the field of Web design makes it difficult to create neither usable user interfaces norGDUI. Modern paradigm of Web use through Web 2.0 applications encourages the developmentof this interaction style as can be seen in this paper.
