AB El turismo de cruceros en el mundo es un segmento turístico que cada día tiene más demanda. España se ha sumado al conjunto de países emisores que, en los últimos tiempos gozan de una situación privilegiada en el contexto internacional. En esta investigación se ha analizado la posición del sector cruceros de España en el marco internacional y los destinos que mayor interés despiertan en los cruceristas. El turismo de cruceros en España es un producto “maduro” en expansión. Descubrir las claves de su progreso y observar los buques de cruceros que llegan a los principales puertos, otra de las cuestiones que se abordan en este trabajo, junto a los principales rasgos que definen el perfil del crucerista español.         Cruise tourism in the world is a niche tourism that has more supporters every day. Spain has joined to the group of tourist source countries that in the last few years have a privilege situation in the international context. The purpose of this research is to analyze the position of the cruise sector in Spain and in the international framework and to identify the most demanded destinations by cruise passenger. Cruise tourism is a "mature" product enjoying a growing market. Discover the keys to progress, the cruise ships that arrive to the main ports of Spain and the profile of the Spanish cruise passengers are also described in this study.
