RT Conference Proceedings T1 Implementing recombineering, Ribo-seq and DYI imaging to study plant hormones. A1 Alonso, José M. K1 Hormonas vegetales AB Every aspect of a plant life cycle, from germination to senescence, is coordinated by a small group of plant hormones. These small molecules do not work in isolation but through a complex network of interactions. In order to uncover the intricate interactions between different plant hormones, we have implemented a variety of technological tools, among them recombineering, ribosome footprinting or Ribo-seq), and high-throughput imaging. A brief overview of these technologies and their application to study the interaction between ethylene and auxin will be presented.
