AB En relación con el análisis y lectura de la bibliografía existente en España sobre sistemasde construcción y la evolución del mobiliario histórico español, se desprende que una sociedadconstruye sus muebles de una determinada manera y con un determinado fin, y que el conocimientode tales sistemas constructivos es una herramienta básica para el peritaje de piezas de mobiliario.En España nos hemos incorporado tarde a este tipo de estudios, no encontrando referenciasbibliográficas hasta la década de los noventa, cuando se trataron cuestiones relacionadas conmarqueterías y cuando se produjo la incorporación de teóricos que comenzaron a profundizar enla personalidad de los sistemas de construcción del mobiliario antiguo español.
AB In relation with the analysis and reading of the existing bibliography in Spain aboutsystems of construction and the evolution of the historical Spanish furniture, it is deduced thata company make his furniture in a certain way and with an established aim and the knowledgeof such constructive systems is a basic tool for the survey of pieces of furniture. In Spain wehave joined late to this type of studies, not finding bibliographical references until the decade ofthe nineties, when they investigated questions related to marquetry and when the incorporationof theoretical took place, hey began to penetrate into the characteristics of the systems ofconstruction of the ancient Spanish furniture.
