PPARγ2 expression was lower in those with high IR, while IGFBP-2 showed protective effects in low IR cases, and IGFBP-3 correlated with severe IR. The findings highlight PPARγ2's regulatory role in adipocyte function and its potential as a therapeutic target for obesity-related metabolic complications.
