AB Durante treinta años la historiografía ha debatido la existencia de una monarquía hebreaunida e incluso la existencia de sus reyes más preclaros (David y Salomón). Hoy, aunque muchascosas quedan sin resolver o siguen siendo objeto de fuerte debate, creemos que pudo haber una“pequeña monarquía unida” de algunas tribus, no un gran imperio palestino, y que David ySalomón fueron sólo pequeños reyes, engrandecidos por una ideología judía posterior.
AB Along thirty years the historiography has been arguing about the existence of an unitedhebrew monarchy, even the existence of its greatest kings (David and Salomón). Nowadays,lots of things are not resolved or they are under discussion. Anyway we believe that there couldhave been some tribes with a “small united monarchy”, not a great palestinian empire. We alsobelieve that David and Salomón were only trivial kings enhanced by a later jewish ideology.
