We detail the methodology and calibration process, which employs a dual calibration strategy combining the OSL (Open-Short-Load) and a free-space technique. The system’s performance is validated using a PETG sample, demonstrating consistent and reliable results throughout the entire frequency band, both in the real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivity.
