   <mods:abstract>O presente trabalho aborda a comunicação intercultural nas organizações e tem como objectivo geral compreender a importância da comunicação intercultural na comunicação interna dirigida a trabalhadores estrangeiros. Por conseguinte, é analisada a comunicação interna descendente (administração-trabalhadores estrangeiros) em duas organizações dinamarquesas com ambiente intercultural.&#xd;
Em termos metodológicos é utilizado o método misto, recorrendo-se a entrevistas semidirectivas em profundidade às responsáveis de recursos de duas empresas (Io Interactive e LICengineering), e a um inquérito por questionário aos colaboradores estrangeiros destas organizações.&#xd;
As conclusões evidenciam a existência de preocupação com a integração dos colaboradores estrangeiros e a utilização de instrumentos de comunicação dirigidos aos mesmos, com o objectivo de cumprimento das metas organizacionais, apesar da percepção de factores chave ser, por vezes, distinta junto da direcção de recursos humanos e dos trabalhadores.</mods:abstract>
