   <mods:abstract>The autonomous region of Madeira is an exceptional tourist destination for the practice of&#xd;
incentive tourism and business, although it is not currently exploited. The development of&#xd;
this segment is proposed through the Outdoor Training methodology focused on business&#xd;
executives from some of the regions of Macarronesia (Azores and Madeira). The key points of&#xd;
social and emotional competences are studied, networking and business synergies are&#xd;
created between them, which has as a consequence that they become promoters of the&#xd;
Madeira brand as a destination for the incentive tourism segment.</mods:abstract>
