<dcterms:abstract>This work proposes a series of activities to promote the motivation and curiosity of engineering students. The activities are designed and coordinated to progressively involve the student in the subject through the use of a dynamic methodology. The proposal includes monitored problem-solving, small application problems, cooperative activities and challenging problems. This methodology is tested in two student groups: second year students (Electric Circuits) and third-year students (Electrical Machines).</dcterms:abstract>
