Con ese fin, se estudian las publicaciones científicas y periodísticas surgidas hasta la fecha, para contrastarlas con otros ensayos generadores de una polémica que ha sobrepasado el ámbito académico. Así se muestran, por un lado, las debilidades y manipulaciones de determinadas publicaciones; y por otro, se abordan algunos aspectos de los debates generados en la sociedad española. La memoria y la historia no son antagónicas, sino que se complementan para un mayor conocimiento del pasado. This article analyses the historiography and the debates that have arisen during the 70´s Anniversary of the Spanish civil war and the beginning of the Franco regime. It studies arisen scientific and journalistic publications to date, to resist them with other generating tests of a controversy that has exceeded the academic scope. Thus they are, on the one hand, the publication weaknesses and manipulations certain; and on the other hand, some aspects of the debates generated in the Spanish society are approached. The memory and the History are not antagonistic, but that are complemented for a greater knowledge of the past.
