The beneficial effects that result from being in contact with nature are accredited by research. However, the studies carried out on outdoors physical activity often do not control the intensity of the training. In this work a representative study of the province of Malaga has been carried out in order to compare the benefits derived from the sports practice in closed and open air environments, controlling the level of intensity. The results were significant, people who practice outdoor sports feel better than those who practice it in closed spaces, showing greater physical and mental well-being, vitality and less perceived stress.
