Los historiadores encuentran útiles los resúmenes que abrevian estudios amplios en
contenido y periodos, de modo que reflexionando sobre mi publicación que trata los retos de
la sociedad democrática a través de la observación de la sociedad y de la cultura, tengo la
oportunidad de trasladar las referencias principales a consideraciones historiográficas generales.
Por tanto, esta breve exposición sobre la historiografía actual, muy lejos de atenderla toda,
acoge el contexto historiográfico donde puede enmarcarse una investigación socio-cultural
Historians find useful summaries which shorten larger studies that provide a great amount
of content. Reflecting about my publication, that addresses the challenges of our democratic
society through observation of social and cultural aspects, I have the opportunity to relocate the
main references to general historiographical considerations. Therefore, this brief presentation of
our recent historiography, far from dealing with the whole of it, provides the historiographical
context where sociocultural research can be framed
