Abstract

The architectural heritage is one of the types of property with which the citizen can create the most connection since, when making use of the real estate, he perceives them in a different way than the plastic arts. Sometimes, when renovations are proposed in urban environments, the function that can be given to buildings that are abandoned is studied, becoming interesting sources that generate new flows of activity. Other times, these pieces are considered annoying pieces for urban plans, and are condemned to disappear. In these cases, not only is the construction material with which they were made, or the elements that are still preserved inside, being eliminated, but the spirit of the society to which they belong is being diminished and an involution is generated in its development after the loss of the information that they gave us about a period in our history.
