Abstract
El objetivo es sencillo: llevar del CAD a la realidad el primer paquete aerodinámico completo y funcional en la historia de la escudería MART (Malaga Racing Team) y contribuir positivamente al rendimiento del monoplaza en la competición internacional de la “fórmula student”.
Durante la fase de pretemporada se llevará a cabo un proceso de autoformación en materia de fabricación con materiales compuestos, en base a ello se realizarán los experimentos que se considere necesario y se estudiarán los materiales y equipos necesarios para la fabricación.
De forma paralela, se tomará parte en el proceso de diseño de las piezas, aportando un punto de vista mecánico / estructural / de fabricabilidad al
departamento de simulaciones aerodinámicas CFD.
Terminado el diseño, se fabricarán los componentes. Lo que implica tener preparada para ese momento una estrategia de fabricación para cada uno de los 21 elementos que forman el paquete aerodinámico del monoplaza.
Durante la ejecución, se realizarán y documentarán los ajustes oportunos.
The objective is simple, bring the first complete and functional aero package in MART’s (Malaga Racing Team) history from CAD to reality, and positively contribute to the car’s performance in the international formula student competition. During the pre-season phase, a self-training process will be carried out on the topic of composite materials manufacturing. Based on this, the necessary experiments will be conducted, and the required materials and equipment for manufacturing determined. At the same time, I will participate in the design process of the components, providing a mechanical/structural/manufacturability perspective to the CFD aerodynamic simulation department. Once the design is complete, the components will be manufactured. This means having a manufacturing plan ready for each of the 21 elements that make up the aerodynamic package of the car. During the project’s execution, any necessary adjustments will be made and documented.
