Abstract
This Master's Thesis (TFM) will present, in a theoretical and practical way, the fundamentals, techniques and methodologies related to Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) applied to a family greenhouse in the fruit and vegetable sector in Almeria. Initially, an exhaustive analysis of the existing theoretical and regulatory bases will be carried out, with the aim of compiling the essential knowledge on risk assessment, preventive planning and risk and emergency management. This research will provide the basis for a thorough understanding of the discipline and its effective application in this context. Subsequently, using the knowledge acquired, a practical study will focus on the operation of a family greenhouse, analysing its production processes, work organisation and working conditions. Areas for improvement will be identified, focusing on goals such as the reduction of risks such as falls, chemical or thermal exposures, with the aim of improving worker safety and compliance with current regulations. In addition, preventive measures, emergency protocols and training strategies for staff will be designed, adapted to the particularities of this environment. This work aims to contribute to the well-being at work, optimising safety in family farms and promoting a model
