Abstract

Description

This work describes the development of a system designed to evaluate the complex permittivity and permeability of materials in the 60–90 GHz frequency range. We detail the methodology and calibration process, which employs a dual calibration strategy combining the OSL (Open-Short-Load) and a free-space technique. The system’s performance is validated using a PETG sample, demonstrating consistent and reliable results throughout the entire frequency band, both in the real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivity.
