Abstract
2024The monograph summarizes interdisciplinary aspects of the innovative development of society in the context of the phenomenon of permanent crisis. It identifies and characterizes the main problems and contemporary trends in social transformations resulting from changes in the paradigms of innovative development. The objective logic of innovative changes in societal development under the influence of digitalization and cultural shifts is revealed. New trends in modern development, formed by the growth of startup entrepreneurship within the global innovation system, creative and digital economies, are highlighted, showing their impact on the transformation of technological, socio-economic, political-legal, security, educational, and cultural realities. These trends define a new dimension of contemporary social processes. The monograph is intended for a wide range of scholars, educators, and students, representatives of business and civil society, as well as government authorities and local self-government bodies.
