Abstract
Inclusion is not an end in itself but a dynamic process that affects how pedagogy, curriculum and evaluation are conceived, designed and developed in Higher Education. This involves reflecting critically on the efforts towards the continuous improvement of the university teaching practices. Therefore, there is a need of educational research focused on a detailed analysis of existing policies and practices to advance the process of inclusion to eliminate old and new inequalities and improve the quality of Higher Education (Slee, 2012).
